Five Turkish companies have filed applications with the SPK for capital increases, debt instrument issuances, and contract amendments. SASA Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. aims to raise 7.185 billion TL in sales by increasing its 52.5 billion TL registered capital to a 60 billion TL ceiling. VAKBN is issuing 200 million TL of 91-day financial bonds. Akbank is offering debt instruments to qualified investors under a 30 billion TL issuance cap. Tuğçelik Alüminyum revised its capital increase from 304.75 million TL to 360 million TL. Gıpta Ofis sought approval for management committee decisions. These moves will significantly impact the firms' capital structures and financial flexibility.
