Pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ('KVKK'), your personal data may be processed by 7/24 FINANCE as the data controller within the scope explained below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Since 7/24 FINANCE does not currently offer a user registration or membership system, we do not systematically collect sensitive personal data such as ID numbers, home addresses, or credit card information. Your personal data (such as IP address, browser information, and voluntarily submitted emails via contact forms) is processed solely for:

  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the website.
  • Responding to your inquiries submitted via contact channels.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations mandated by relevant authorities.

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. However, it may be shared with authorized public institutions when legally required or with our technical infrastructure providers strictly for the purpose of maintaining website functionality.
