The total acquisition value, subject to adjustments and corrections, has been announced as 16.4 billion TL. The deal includes a maximum upfront payment of 13.98 billion TL, a deferred payment of 2.42 billion TL to be collected in 2027, and long-term performance-based payments to be calculated over five years from the closing date. Additionally, a Distribution Agreement Protocol was signed, ensuring exclusive distribution rights for investment products managed by Yapı Kredi Portfolio for 15 years.
