As of August 10, 2026, the lifting of trading bans on five stocks aims to enable more effective investor participation in price discovery mechanisms.

Restrictions Lifted: A New Era for Trading

Following the regulator's decision, a liberalization process has begun for companies prominent in the automotive and real estate sectors. The lifted measures cover short selling, credit trading, and gross settlement applications.

■Borlease Otomotiv (BORLS): All restrictions on the company's shares, including the short-selling ban, credit trading ban, and gross settlement measures, were effectively lifted today.

■Koray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (KGYO): For this real estate investment trust, short-selling and credit trading constraints were removed to facilitate the normalization of market structure.

■Marka Yatırım Holding (MARKA), Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik (PASEU), and Safkar (SAFKR): For these three companies, only short-selling and credit trading bans were rescinded, while gross settlement applications remain adjusted.
