ING Turkey Secures Sustainability-Linked Syndicated Loan

ING Bank A.Ş. has signed a sustainability-linked syndicated loan agreement worth approximately €150.8 million. The bank secured a 367-day loan of $86 million and €54 million, and a 734-day loan of $5 million and €17 million. The total cost of the loan is Sofr+%1.25 and Euribor+%1.10 for the dollar and euro parts, respectively, and Sofr+%1.75 and Euribor+%1.60 for the 734-day dollar and euro parts. This agreement demonstrates the ongoing efforts of banks in Turkey to secure sustainability-linked syndicated loans.
