77-year-old Ali Baybaş, a citizen who was imprisoned in Saudi Arabia for 40 years, has returned to Turkey. His departure was blocked due to legal proceedings, and he was brought to Istanbul Airport via a special flight arranged by Turkish Airlines (THY). Welcomed by Sivas MP Rukiye Toy and teams from the Ministry of Family and Social Services, Baybaş stated he entered prison three years ago and served one year in jail. Upon his return, he was hospitalized due to health issues and thanked President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, saying 'everything will be much better now'.
