YEKA Competitions to Allocate 2,400 MW Capacity: New Frontier for Renewable Energy Sector

Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar announced that a total of 2,400 megawatts of capacity will be allocated through the 2026 Renewable Energy Source Area (YEKA) competitions. The competitions will allocate 900 MW for 14 solar projects and 1,500 MW for 7 wind energy projects.
