Turkey has launched a new vehicle inspection franchise process covering the 2027-2047 period. Following the February 24, 2025 auction, legal procedures were completed, and Turka began providing services nationwide starting August 15, 2027, for 20 years. Transport Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu emphasized that the reform's core goals are standardization and digitization.
This reform will accelerate digital transformation in Turkey's banking sector and improve service quality for citizens. However, the shift in credit card commission responsibility may redistribute financial obligations.
