The system aims to optimize the choices of a total of 3.5 million young people—1 million who took the LGS and 2.5 million who took the YKS—which will determine their future economic standing. Now accessible via the İŞKUR mobile application, the platform serves as a bridge to close the gap between education and employment.

The system provides a comprehensive set of metrics to measure the market value of the departments candidates choose. It allows for analysis based on 14 indicators for vocational high schools and 15 for university departments. Key data sets include:

■Wage distribution and income levels in the first job

■Sectoral employment rates and job turnover frequency

■Entrepreneurship potential and the sustainability duration of established businesses

■Rates of academic progression and pursuit of postgraduate education

Users will be able to conduct a risk-return analysis at the very beginning of their educational lives by comparing the market performance of different departments or universities side-by-side. In addition to the digital experience, a professional support mechanism has been activated through İŞYOL vocational counselors at İŞKUR provincial directorates.
