Bewen Energy: 3.8 Billion TL IPO to Accelerate Green Energy Investments

Bewen Energy is launching a 3.848 billion TL IPO, offering 80 million shares at a fixed price of 48.10 TL. Post-IPO, the public float will reach 25.24%. Investors can submit bids between July 29-31. The company operates with a 100% green portfolio and 208.9 MW installed capacity. The IPO proceeds will be allocated 55% to new investments, 40% to financial restructuring, and 5% to working capital.
