According to the Ministry’s 2026 Corporate Financial Status and Expectations Report, the 91 audits conducted in the first half of the year have markedly raised the sector's exposure to regulation. The primary focal points during this period included:

■19 audits covering passenger rights and public service obligation contracts.

■31 critical controls regarding safety management systems and personnel qualifications.

■35 on-site audits to ensure technical standards in maintenance and infrastructure processes.

Projected Expansion in H2 Targets

The audit capacity is planned to increase incrementally by year-end, with the target for the second half reaching 135, nearly 1.5 times the figure of the first half. This surge amplifies the financial and operational burden specifically on maintenance-responsible organizations and critical personnel:

■63 technical audits targeting maintenance-responsible organizations.
