The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has provided a total of 1.2 billion euros in loans to projects in Turkey in the first half of the year. This financing was provided within the framework of the bank's sustainable development, infrastructure modernization, and earthquake region reconstruction projects in Turkey. The bank has also maintained a high level of credit and financing in its Turkey portfolio in the past. According to the data from previous years, the EBRD provided 2.6 billion euros in 2024 and 2.7 billion euros in 2025 in annual credit support to Turkey. EBRD's Projects in Turkey - Sustainable development: The EBRD attaches importance to sustainable development projects in Turkey.
