The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey's (TCMB) May foreign exchange position data shows that non-financial firms' net foreign exposure dropped to 1.857 billion USD, down by 1.857 billion USD from the previous month. Total assets increased by 3.175 billion USD, while liabilities saw a 1.319 billion USD increase.
Short-Term Net Foreign Position Surplus Hits 9.911 Billion USD Short-term net foreign position surplus reached 9.911 billion USD, up by 2.693 billion USD from the previous month. This increase is driven by credit inflows from both domestic and foreign sources.
