Inforcer Raises $50M Series C to Help Small Businesses Prepare for AI and Security Risks
Londra merkezli Inforcer, AI ve güvenlik riskleriyle karşı karşıya kalan küçük işletmelerin ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için 50 milyon dolarlık bir Seris

London-based Inforcer has completed a $50 million Series C funding round led by Insight Partners, addressing the growing need for AI and security solutions among small businesses. The company provides software that helps managed service providers (MSPs) manage Microsoft 365 accounts for their clients from a single platform. In just 18 months, Inforcer has completed three funding rounds totaling $110 million. CEO Jamie Daum reported 300% year-over-year growth and a doubling of the company's valuation since Series B. The company has focused on product development, including Shadow AI detection and threat response tools. Cybersecurity has become a critical concern, with attacks now executing in minutes rather than months. Inforcer is expanding into the U.S. market and transitioning to a per-user pricing model. The company sees itself as complementary to Microsoft, not a competitor, as Microsoft's focus is on larger enterprises. Other investors include Dawn Capital and Meritech Capital.
Small businesses are increasingly turning to solutions like Inforcer to protect against AI and cybersecurity risks. The growing demand for such software is reshaping the business models of MSPs. Inforcer's strategic position in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem positions it well to serve the needs of small businesses. This funding round comes at a time of significant growth for the company, with potential for further investment in AI-driven products.
