Private equity firms like Blackstone and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority are selling shares to realize substantial gains. With nearly 3,300 locations, Jersey Mike’s is the second-largest sandwich chain in the U.S. behind Subway. The company reported a 50% same-store sales growth from 2020 to 2025 and a net income of $55 million on $724 million in revenue last year.
