Autonomous Enterprise Era: Naïve Secures $28.5 Million to Automate Business Infrastructure
Girişim ekosisteminde kod yazımından operasyonel süreçlere kadar her aşamayı otomatize etme yarışı yeni bir boyuta taşınırken, yapay zeka ajanları içi

As the race to automate every stage of business operations from coding to administration intensifies, AI agent infrastructure startup Naïve has successfully closed a $28.5 million Series A funding round. By consolidating company incorporation, payment setups, and cloud storage behind a single API, the startup aims to drastically reduce the operational friction and costs of running autonomous enterprises.
Orchestrating Corporations via a Single API
The Series A round, led by Nexus Venture Partners, brings Naïve’s total capital raised to approximately $32 million. CEO and co-founder Sean Dorje revealed that the company has scaled its annual run-rate revenue (ARR) by 10x to low double-digit millions over the past six months. The platform provides prompts that connect directly to developer tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to provision full-scale business infrastructures.
Tackling the Astronomical Cost of AI Inference
While automation is highly sought after, the continuous execution of AI agents often incurs prohibitive costs due to constant LLM API calls and idle compute resource consumption. To address this, Naïve is allocating its new capital toward developing highly efficient serverless runtimes. Instead of assigning a full virtual machine to each agent, the company runs them within lightweight JavaScript environments to ensure customers only pay when agents are active.
As a maritime economist tracking freight rates and port congestion, I view digital supply chains through a similar lens of bottleneck optimization. Naïve's autonomous infrastructure mirrors the automation we see in modern container terminals. The operational cost of AI agents—specifically inference costs—acts much like bunker fuel costs in shipping; without strict optimization, it quickly erodes profit margins. By developing serverless micro-runtimes, Naïve is effectively lowering the "unit transport cost" of digital data processing. In the long run, this microeconomic efficiency could act as a deflationary force in global service sectors, much like the introduction of post-Panamax vessels did for global trade.
