SPK Approvals: Capital Increases, Fund Conversions, and Real Estate Liquidations

The SPK rejected Karel Elektronik's capital increase request. The update request was deemed negative due to the current share sale price of 10.36 TL. Trend Real Estate Investment Partnership's 69 million TL capital increase request was also rejected. The Board approved the transfer of two funds' management: Kuveyt Turkish Portfolio Fund to Emlak Katilim Portfolio Management, and Oyak Portfolio Fund to Azimut Portfolio Management. Funds to be established by Destek, Maxis, and Nurol portfolio managers were also approved. Additionally, Allianz Life and Retirement Fund's conversion, the transformation of funds under Azimut, Is, and Rota portfolios, and the liquidation of Natura Real Estate Fund and RE-PIE Fund were approved.
