Mark Walter Probe Focuses on Four Intermediary Entities
ABD federal soruşturucuları, Guggenheim Partners CEO'su Mark Walter'ın sigorta şirketleri aracılığıyla diğer işletmelerine milyarlarca dolar ödünç ver

US federal investigators probing Guggenheim Partners CEO Mark Walter have narrowed their focus to four entities that acted as intermediaries for loans issued by his insurance companies to other businesses within his empire. The Wall Street Journal reports the probe centers on Miami-based ABS Capital, investment firm Amistad Financial, commercial real estate broker Bradford Allen, and Hudson Trading. Bloomberg News previously highlighted inquiries into Hudson Trading. The investigation examines whether Walter or his controlled entities committed fraud by concealing financial connections while borrowing billions from the insurers. These developments underscore the hidden financial ties within Walter's business empire and potential legal liabilities.
