VKGYO and DERHL Trigger Massive Bonus Capital Increases
Borsa İstanbul’da 10 Ağustos Pazartesi günü iki büyük bedelsiz sermaye artırımı gerçekleşecek, yatırımcıların portföy dengeleri yeniden şekillenecek.

Borsa Istanbul is set to see two substantial bonus capital increases on Monday, August 10, reshaping investor portfolio balances.
Market Ripple Effects of the Capital Boosts
Vakıf Real Estate Investment Partnership (VKGYO) and Derlüks Investment Holding (DERHL) will implement expansions that directly influence per‑share value and liquidity dynamics.
VKGYO's 27.5% Upswing
VKGYO will raise its existing ₺3,450,000,000 capital by 27.53623%, bringing it to ₺4,400,000,000.
DERHL's 401.4% Surge
DERHL will expand its current ₺197,281,323 capital by 401.40533%, reaching ₺989,179,083. The boost involves issuing 791,897,760 new shares (each with a ₺1 nominal value).
Regulatory and Registration Process
Both increases received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and stay within their registered capital ceilings. Share allocation will be recorded by Central Securities Depository (CSD) of Turkey starting 08/10/2026.
Expert Note: Bonus capital increases aim to reinforce equity without diluting existing shareholders. VKGYO's moderate 27.5% boost could enhance its dividend‑paying capacity, whereas DERHL's 401% surge may improve short‑term liquidity but exert downward price pressure. Adjusting dividend forecasts and valuation models based on portfolio weightings is essential for long‑term investment strategies.
