Senra Secures $65M to Modernize Defense Industry Wire Harnesses

Senra, a startup founded by former SpaceX engineer Jordan Black, has raised $65 million in Series B funding to modernize wire harness systems for the defense industry. The company, which uses its proprietary Amp software platform, aims to prevent critical failures like Boeing's Starliner incident by digitizing engineering processes. With monthly production capacity at 1,000 units and a 2027 target of 10,000, Senra follows SpaceX's 'automation is last' principle.

As a key player in the U.S. defense sector's digital transformation, Senra could gain a competitive edge in future defense contracts.
