Bitcoin remained flat at $62,778.5 on Tuesday, as US-Iran tensions and rising inflation concerns weighed on crypto markets. $424.7 million in capital outflows occurred from spot Bitcoin ETFs. Strategy Inc (NASDAQ:MSTR) sold $466.7 million worth of Bitcoin, citing financial obligations. Bitcoin is trading near 50% below its October peak. Ether (ETH) rose 0.5%, while XRP fell 0.4%. Dogecoin remained stable. Federal Reserve Chair Christopher Waller warned that US-Iran tensions could drive up oil prices, potentially pushing the Fed toward rate hikes.
The US-Iran standoff has intensified crypto market volatility, with Bitcoin's sideways movement reflecting continued institutional selling and Spot ETF outflows. Strategy Inc's Bitcoin sales highlight corporate financial pressures, while Bitcoin's low price levels may signal risk for long-term investors.
