Bakırcı GYO is launching a public offering of 167 million shares at a fixed price of 12.93 TL between August 24-26, 2026. The gross size of the offering is calculated at 2 billion 159 million 310 thousand TL. The company's market value is expected to reach approximately 8 billion 637 million TL after the capital increase. Bakırcı GYO, which has a strong presence in the copper industry, plans to allocate a significant portion of the IPO proceeds to its ongoing and planned real estate projects. The company's key assets include İSTOÇ Arsası (2.83 billion TL), Bakırcı Ömerli Logistics Center (2.51 billion TL), and Bakırcı Topkapı 2 Project (1.84 billion TL). Since the IPO is being conducted solely through capital increase, there is no existing share sale.
Markets are evaluating this IPO positively, considering Bakırcı GYO's significant role in global copper demand. Analyzing Fibonacci levels and Ichimoku Clouds, the 12.93 TL price is expected to be marked as a support level due to the offering's market sensitivity.
