GB News Pundit Matthew Torbitt Admits Fraud in Parliamentary Expenses

GB News pundit Matthew Torbitt pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud by false representation for claiming free rail tickets and accommodation through Parliament's travel system during trips unrelated to official business. The offences occurred while he worked as a Labour Party aide for Christian Wakeford (Bury South MP) between 2022-2024. The total claimed expenses exceeded £6,000.
