JCR Avrasya Derecelendirme A.Ş., Enerya Enerji A.Ş.’nin (ENERY) kurumsal kredi rating notlarını güncelledi. Şirketin mali yapısı, ağ büyümesi ve likid

JCR Eurasia Rating Agency has updated Enerya Enerji A.Ş.’s (ENERY) corporate credit ratings. The company’s financial structure, network expansion, and liquidity management have been rated at strong levels. The long-term national institutional credit rating stands at AA- (tr), while the short-term rating is J1+ (tr). The report highlights Enerya Enerji’s satisfactory equity ratio achieved in 2025 and its stable revenue structure supported by natural gas distribution licenses. Additionally, the company’s negative cash conversion cycle and effective liquidity management have strengthened its financial resilience. However, sectoral regulatory dependencies and geopolitical risks are noted as areas of concern. How will markets react to this rating? Ozan Tekin, senior wealth management strategist, comments: "Enerya Enerji’s AA- rating is attracting long-term value investors, particularly given its competitive advantage in the natural gas sector and stable revenue stream. However, regulatory risks and global market volatility require a cautious approach."
