Konya's Rise as an International Education Hub: Metal Technology Training with Uzbekistan

The Konya Chamber of Commerce Technology and Education Campus (KTOTEK) is marking a new milestone in international vocational education. Through a partnership with the Uzbek National Education Ministry, 22 metal technology teachers from Uzbekistan attended a 12-day training program in Konya. The program, spanning 120 hours, covers both theoretical and practical education. Konya Chamber of Commerce Chairman Selçuk Öztürk highlighted the campus's strong infrastructure and modern educational facilities, emphasizing the continuation of international collaborations. This initiative represents a significant step in strengthening vocational education partnerships between the two countries. As Konya's international prominence in vocational education grows, the campus continues to contribute to the development of a skilled workforce.
This partnership underscores Turkey's potential in international education and positions Konya as a global vocational education hub. Such projects will further strengthen education collaboration between our country and Uzbekistan.
