The SPK's weekly bulletin stated that Bewen Energy Inc.'s capital will be increased from 261 million lira to 317 million lira, with a 56 million lira paid-in capital increase and a public offering of 24 million lira nominal value shares to existing shareholders. The company's shares will be offered to investors at a fixed price of 48.10 lira.
