U.S. Army Delivers Blow to China: REalloys' Military Supply Chain Strategy

The U.S. Army has chosen REalloys to build and operate rare earth processing facilities on a U.S. military base, marking the first time a commercial mineral-processing facility has been placed on an American military base. REalloys secured $100 million in institutional financing, bringing its total war chest to $130 million, and was added to the Russell 3000 Index. The company signed MOUs for feedstock agreements covering billions of tonnes of rare earth-bearing material from Wyoming, Appalachia, and Greenland. REalloys also formed a strategic partnership with a leading South Korean magnet manufacturer. The company is developing the capacity to process dysprosium and terbium, critical heavy rare earth elements for defense systems. The facility is expected to be operational by 2028 and will establish a long-term military supply relationship.

REalloys' military supply chain strategy represents a significant step for the U.S. in securing rare earth independence from China. This move could provide long-term advantages for both the defense sector and the U.S. economy.
