Aydın State Assets Auction: Two Properties Sold for 234 Million TL
Aydın'ın Didim ilçesinde, Özelleştirme İdaresi Başkanlığı (ÖİB) tarafından iki taşınmazın satışına karar verildi. İlk taşınmaz 92 milyon lira bedelle

The State Assets Administration (ÖİB) has approved the sale of two properties in Aydin's Didim district. The first property was sold to Premium Tourism Construction Real Estate Company for 92 million TL, while the second property was sold to Süleyman Kaya for 202.5 million TL. Both transactions were conducted under the terms of the auction contract, with buyers required to sign the agreement. In both cases, a deposit condition applies; if the agreement is not signed or obligations are not met, the deposit will be forfeited to the administration, and the auction will be canceled. This decision marks a significant shift in Aydin's tourism and real estate market.
The properties, located in Aydin's tourism zone, are strategically positioned at the intersection of tourism and housing markets. These auctions will boost the region's real estate value and support the development of the tourism sector. ÖİB's decision to transfer public assets to the private sector will contribute to the economic growth of the region.
