Higgsfield Raises $400M Series B, Quadrupling Valuation to $5.4B in 8 Months

Higgsfield, the AI film production startup founded in 2023, has raised $400 million in its Series B funding round, quadrupling its valuation from $1.3 billion to $5.4 billion. Led by former Snap executive Alex Mashrabov, the company specializes in AI-generated images and videos. It gained prominence last year by premiering AI films at Cannes and New York, and now offers tools like Cinema Studio and Marketing Studio. The round highlights $700 million in annualized revenue and 30 million users across 200 countries. Higgsfield is working with 390 Fortune 500 companies, with Mashrabov noting that enterprise adoption of video AI will become deeply embedded in marketing workflows. DST Global led the round, with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Valor Capital, and Tribe Capital. The new capital will fund hiring, product development, and critical compute infrastructure, as video AI remains one of the most compute-intensive domains.
