Çitlekçi IPO: 7.83x Demand Drives Listing on Yıldız Pazar

Çitlekçi Mağazacılık Gıda A.Ş. (CITAS) has launched its IPO with 7.83x demand, raising TRY 2.69 billion. The 36.5 million TRY nominal value shares will begin trading on Yıldız Pazar from August 18, 2026, at a base price of TRY 73.70 per share. Investor profiles show individual investors' demand at 1.67x of the allocation, while the high-demand investor group reached 35.03x. The company reported that its 180 million TRY nominal value shares were under the Kotasyon Yönergesi's 8th clause. Total 556,728 investors participated in the offering.

Markets are interpreting this IPO's strong demand, particularly from individual investors, as a validation of the company's financial health. The involvement of institutional investors further reinforces CITAS's market confidence.
