Alihan Kuriş Crime Syndicate: Religious Values Cannot Be Used as a Shield for Criminal Activity
Adalet Bakanı Akın Gürlek, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin suç örgütleriyle mücadelesinin hukuk devleti ilkelerine uygun sürdürüldüğünü vurguladı. Bakan, vata

Justice Minister Akın Gürlek emphasized that Turkey's struggle against crime syndicates is carried out in accordance with the principles of the rule of law. The minister stated that measures are being taken against structures that exploit citizens' religious beliefs to commit crimes, with the Alihan Kuriş Crime Syndicate being one of the examples. 'Religious and moral values cannot in any way be used as a tool or shield for criminal activity' said the minister. While Turkey remains firm in its struggle against crimes that the law explicitly condemns, it also maintains the same determination in protecting citizens' freedom of worship.
Religious values cannot serve as a shield for criminal activity, but the state's struggle must remain within the bounds of what the law explicitly condemns. This situation raises concerns about the need for vigilant monitoring of real estate markets.
