A strategic partnership agreement has been signed between Kerem Nükte Real Estate and Faras Construction for the sales and marketing processes of large-scale projects to be launched in various cities across Turkey. The partnership covers projects with over 2,000 residential and commercial units in Ankara and Istanbul, over 350 office projects in Ankara, and the Tisania Project in Mersin. Kerem Nükte Real Estate officials highlighted that this partnership will bring significant benefits to both the sector and investors, connecting high-quality projects in different cities with investors. The partnership was facilitated by Faras Construction's Founder and CEO, Fahrettin Aras, along with Abdurrahman Uzun and Mücahit Kaya.
This strategic alliance marks the beginning of a new era in Turkey's real estate market. It will provide investors with broader access to a range of projects and accelerate sector growth.
